Phoenix Commercial Real Estate LLC has completed office leases totaling 9616 sq. ft. at 600 Worcester Rd., Framingham. Financial Foundations, Inc., an investment advisory firm, has added 2489 sq. ft. and extended its present lease of 2557 sq. ft. for a total of 5046 sq. ft. Dr. Susan Bergman, a specialist in spinal cord injuries, has leased 992 sq. ft. Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. has signed a long term lease for 3578 sq. ft. James Gordon of Gordon Real Estate represented Dr. Bergman and Partners. Dave Tognacci of Phoenix represented the landlord, Stoneybrook Properties, Inc. in all the transactions and was the sole broker in the Financial Foundations transaction.

The current tenants are all medical in nature and represent a variety of specialty practices. It is home to several well known and long standing doctors in the area. Mark H.
